Last video  was me and this was the 6th and final wet charge that night before we shut it down, so no one would get hurt or damage equipment. Scrap yard didn't tell us that the magnet was down and they were loading the scrap buckets with thick muddy wet scrap with a front loader. Not a good idea!

 I worked in a copper foundry and we always got wet cathode from the rail cars. We have to dry it out under huge heaters. One boss thought he was saving money by not running the gas fired heaters. We told him what would happen. An hour later we shook in 10,000lbs of cold wet cathode into an 80,000lb furnace. The whole thing went up, blew the water lines on the inductors and the secondary steam explosion lifted the roof. Pushed a gantry crane off its rails and almost fell to the floor. 80,000lbs of liquid brass went through the shell into the basement.
